Fascinated by the secrets of sorcery, and blessed with nimble minds, the High Elves of Ulthuan are a race with a deep respect for magic. They use their power in battle to overwhelm their floes, summoning great tempests or debilitating illusions. This kit builds one High Elf Mage on foot and one mounted on a barded elven steed, with head and staff options and three base options for the mage on foot.
